Beauty Insider Club Frequently Asked Questions
The Beauty Insider Membership requires a 6 month commitment. After the 6 month commitment, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis until we receive a 30-day written notice to cancel.
You will have 6 months to use your credits before they expire.
These credits can only be used towards one of the approved procedures listed on our website and brochure.
You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months.
You will need to send us a written request to cancel your membership. We require a 30-day notice so you will most likely have 1 more charge after you submit your request to cancel.
If you cancel you will have 6 months to use the credits you have built up. However, you will no longer receive discounts on Skincare or additional procedures.
