When signing up for our Thrive Membership we require a 3-month commitment. After the 3-month commitment, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis until we receive a 30-day written notice to cancel.
These monthly credits do not expire.
No, these credits can only be used towards one of our Vitamin IV treatments.
You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months.
You will need to send us a written request to cancel your membership. We require a 30-day notice so you will most likely have 1 more charge after you submit your request to cancel.
Your credits will stay on your account until you use them.
