Carrie F. Blades, M.D.

Carrie Blades, M.D. is a native of Atascocita, Texas, and a proud graduate of Humble High School, Class of 1994. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeast Louisiana University in 1997 before attending Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport for medical school. Dr. Blades went on to complete her Emergency Medicine residency in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has been Board Certified in Emergency Medicine since 2006.

In 2006, Dr. Blades and her husband, Larry, along with their two children, settled in Cypress, Texas. Her passion for preventive and restorative health led her to begin training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy in 2015. She holds advanced certifications in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement through WorldLink Medical and Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

In 2017, Dr. Blades founded Blades Wellness and Aesthetics in Cypress, Texas, where she provides personalized, patient-centered care focused on hormone optimization, functional medicine, IV vitamin therapy, and aesthetic services. Her mission is to help patients enhance their overall health, restore balance, and reverse chronic disease through a comprehensive and individualized approach to wellness.
